Research on Popular Events around Leeds Within this briefs context, the aim of this is to be able to make  abuses of public spaces to do much to communicate the identity and character of cities.  In this case our chosen city is Leeds,  there is a huge list of events that take place within its public spaces that range from carnivals, concerts, markets, exhibitions, parades, sports events, protests, happenings, flash mobs, etc. Your task is to research the various events and happenings that have occurred in Leeds and helped shape the city; then choose one that will become the focus for an A3 traditional print that celebrates this event. To commence this brief, I started to research popular/well known events which occur around Leeds. Studio Brief 01 - Leeds Public Spaces The uses and (sometimes) abuses of public spaces do much to communicate the identity and character of cities.
