Initial Sketches The initial sketches are illustrations influenced by previous, examples and entries on bechance 'Noughts & Crosses' book cover design. The brief outlines that the book must be able to attract children and young adults to pick up and read the book. Inspirations By considering examples from current Hairdressers logo designs. The most common theme of these logo design have a graphic or illustration that is also included in the name of the hairdressers. However, the client did not request for any additional illustrations nor graphics (scissors, hair, etc.) in his logo. Typefaces Below are the selection of typeface which me and my collaboration partner have complied together which we believe are suitable for the client's logo. Majority of the typefaces are sans serif this is due to the request and preference of the client. The reason for this that her Youtube audience and newcomers need to be able to read the name of the channel clearly. Therefore a typeface which is simple and easy to read is vital as consumers/subscribers and designers can identify who's logo it belongs to.
